This picture clearly shows the advantages of mapping the features properly before beginning. Since I didn't do it here, the head is slightly distorted and the likeness not quite right. Still, I'm rather proud of the way the clothing is handled. The sweater especially suggests a realistic knit texture. The jacket is also effectively rendered. Despite the facial problems, I count this, my first 3/4 figure piece, a qualified success.
